All physical product orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may extend during holidays, sales, or product launches.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are determined by package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Your shipping rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Diamond Girlz Society is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, any delivery issues should be reported directly to the carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
Coaching Services & Digital Products
All coaching services, programs, courses, downloadable files, and digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Due to the instant-access and high-touch nature of these offerings, no exceptions will be made.
Physical Products (Apparel, Accessories, Printed Goods, etc.)
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Clearance, sale, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered based on available inventory. If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
